Dairy
Northland
Okaihau Pastoral was established in October 2007 with 25 investors. It is one of Northland’s showcase dairy farms – milking 1100 cows on 447 Ha.
Waikato
Arohena Pastoral is a picturesque 363Ha dairy farm near Te Awamutu, milking 700 cows. It is owned by 11 investors.
Drummond Dairy Holdings was established with 11 investors in 2008. It is a 420Ha dairy conversion from forestry near Putaruru, milking 1120 cows.
Scenic Dairy Holdings is a 409Ha dairy conversion from forestry near Putaruru, milking 780 cows. The syndicate with 24 investors was established in December 2008.
Waipa Dairy Holdings is 280Ha dairy conversion from forestry near Putaruru milking 750 cows. It is owned by 19 investors who purchase the property in December 2008.
Lower North Island
Hamua Pastoral Ltd is a syndicate of 3 investors which owns two dairy farms near Ekhatahuna in the Tararua region. Together the farms milk 560 cows and total 193Ha.
Canterbury
Poplar Farming Ltd is a syndicate of 6 investors established in 2009. Poplar Farming Ltd owns an 180Ha centre pivot irrigated dairy farm milking 670 cows near Hinds in mid Canterbury.
Westerfield Pastoral Ltd is a 131Ha centre pivot irrigated dairy farm 15 minutes from Ashburton. It is milking 475 cows and was established as a syndicate with 6 investors in 2009.
Southland
Davidson Farming Ltd is a syndicate of 7 investors established in April 2009. It owns a 159Ha dairy farm just out of Invercargill milking 460 cows.
46 South is a 282Ha dairy farm at Otautau milking 650 cows. It was established as a syndicate by 2 investors in 2009.
Hedgehope Pastoral Ltd is a 463Ha dairy farm milking 1000 cows in the Southland’s Hedgehope district. It is owned by 15 investors.
Menzies Ferry Pastoral Ltd is a syndicate of 15 investors established in 2007. It owns a 222Ha dairy farm milking 665 cows at Wyndham.
Roslyn Bush Pastoral Ltd was established in July 2009 with 2 investors. It is a 205Ha dairy farm currently milking 600 cows.
Waianiwa Pastoral Ltd is a 263Ha dairy farm at Riverton owned by a syndicate of 11 investors. It is milking 700cows.
Waihopai Pastoral Ltd was established with 17 investors in September 2009. The syndicate owns a 256Ha dairy farm milking 670 cows and neighbours another AGInvest managed syndicate, Woodlands.
Woodlands Pastoral Ltd is a syndicate of 6 investors established in May 2007. It owns a 197Ha dairy farm milking 580 cows in the prime Woodlands dairying district.
Australia
Hines Farming Partnership was established in August 2008 to purchase a 505Ha centre pivot irrigated dairy farm in the prime Warrnambool region of South Western Victoria. The syndicate is owned by 19 investors and the farm is milking 1050 cows.
Kinloch Dairy Farm Ltd is a syndicate of 3 investors which owns a 160 Ha dairy farm at Mt Gambier, Victoria. Kinloch is currently milking 400 cows.
Grazing
King Country
Koromiko Grazing Limited was established in May 2008. It owns 3390Ha of beautiful flat to rolling country in the Waipa valley, south east of Te Kuiti. The large scale dairy grazing and drystock operation includes 4,000 calves, 4000 heifers, and 6000 ewes. It is owned by 18 investors.
Tarawai Grazing Limited was established in December 2008 as a grazing unit and investment property. The 327Ha farm near Te Kuiti is owned by 7 investors.
